Resizing Disk, CPU and Memory
Instructors can adjust the resources initially provisioned for the Fresh-Start Desktop. This comes in handy when you realize the course needs more CPU, memory, or storage for additional applications or software.
To modify these settings, make sure the Fresh-Start desktop is stopped beforehand. Click the gear icon and select either "Stop" or "Force-Stop".
With the desktop stopped, you can now resize its resources. Click the gear, go to Advanced, then choose Resize (ram, cpu, disk).
The Resize form appears, allowing you to reallocate CPU, RAM, or storage as needed. The form displays the maximum permitted for each resource.
Please remember that these adjustments affect the desktop's pricing, but it's recommended to allocate what's required to keep the course running smoothly.
