Purpose

Remote desktops offered are intended solely for delivering training, consulting, or recruitment.

Non-permitted use

The activities below are not allowed:

1. Hosting websites or other services
2. Mining cryptocurrency
3. Running performance tests

If DaDesktop staff detect any such activity, the service will be terminated immediately and no refund will be issued.

 

Guarantee and Service Layer Agreement

DaDesktop assures a 95% service availability.

Maintenance, repairs, and upgrades are performed outside normal business hours—between 8 pm and 8 am local time where the server is physically located.

 

Data Safety and Confidentiality

The service is offered as-is; DaDesktop cannot guarantee the confidentiality or security of data transferred to the desktops. If you need such guarantees, please consider DaDesktop On-Premise instead.

Since the desktops are primarily for training, they are not suitable for handling highly confidential material.

Access to Remote Desktops is designed for convenience, not security.

Troubleshooting Recording

Course Desktops (Fresh-start, Trainer, and Participant sessions) may be recorded for troubleshooting purposes.

Disclaimers of Liability - Indemnification

DaDesktop provides the services as is, with all faults and as available. We and our suppliers make no express or implied warranties about the services. To the extent allowed by law, we and our suppliers disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, satisfactory quality, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that results from using the services will be effective, reliable, accurate, or meet your requirements. We cannot ensure uninterrupted access or use of the services (directly or via third-party networks) at times or locations you choose. No statement from a DaDesktop representative, whether oral or written, creates a warranty. You may have additional consumer rights in Germany that this contract cannot change. You use the services at your own risk.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with us or our suppliers is the cancellation of your account. Our aggregate and cumulative liability, together with our affiliates and suppliers, for all claims arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the total fees you paid during the period when the claims arose. We, our affiliates, and our suppliers are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services.
